Feeling heat-oppressed, you fumble around your house in full darkness ( since everybody knows that you should close sun blinds when it's hot) to find somewhere cool. No ice-cream, but then its' too heavy. If you had to make it, it would be too hard and difficult. Instead, you might go for a sorbet, maybe a colourful, creamy fruit sorbet. If you go to the supermarket, you'll only find sweet sorbets, full of sugar and less fruit. So why not trying this at home? It's so simple.
Ingredients
1kg fruit ( pulp)
(water/ milk optional)
Take some fruit, peel it and blend it in a food processor. If you choose bananas, just crush them with a fork. If need be, in order to make it more creamy, you can add some water or milk while blending ( I used lactose free milk). Put the cream in a box and put it in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
